Domestic Shipping is FREE on orders over $50!  

**Shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. This includes severe weather conditions and other conditional issues that may arise.**

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellations must be made within 30 MINUTES from the time the order was placed. This does NOT include Pre-Order items, which CANNOT be cancelled. Orders CANNOT be cancelled to apply a discount code not available at the time the order was placed. *Please note we are a small business and work quickly to get orders shipped, so we cannot ALWAYS guarantee cancellations once an order has been fulfilled.* 

  • Storewide Sale cancellations CANNOT be made. Once the order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order due to processing a high volume of orders during that time. We thank you for understanding that all storewide sales are always FINAL SALE

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually fulfilled within 24-48 hours during business days. All orders placed after 11AM EST, Mon-Fri, will ship the following business day. This will be considered the first business day and will be scanned in transit once received by our carrier. 

Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within the next 24-48 business hours - or - the following business day if that Monday falls on a national holiday. Large store-wide sales may impact this time due to high volume.

Shipping & Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email. 

 

International Shipping & Orders:

*Orders placed with DHL Express Worldwide will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the warehouse. This does not count towards the delivery time.*

Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees during checkout. Gold Hinge is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages


We offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For orders under $100, the fee is $0.98. For orders over $100, the fee is 2% of your order subtotal. You will need to opt into Route Package Protection before placing your order if desired. Please note: If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that Gold Hinge is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please visit this page to file a claim.
